How do I enter a promotional code? 

You’ll see an option for entering your promo code on the checkout page in the text box that says ”Gift card or discount code”

 

Why won't my promo code work? 

Your promo code may not be working due to one of the following reasons:

1) The product you wish to purchase is excluded from the current promotion.

2) Your promo code has expired

3) There is a minimum cart value for the promotion


Can I use multiple promo codes on one order? 

You may only use one promo code per order.


Are you still shipping at this time? 

Yes! We are still able to ship, but please allow an additional 1-2 business days due to carrier delays. Above all health and safety is our first priority, and we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and the hygiene of your parcel.


3-7 Business Days is a long time when should I really expect my order?

If you are located on the east coast or midwest you can expect to get your package within 2-3 business days after they ship. For the rest of the US, delivery can take between 4-7 business days. So far we have not seen a package take more than 5 Business days to arrive. Please be mindful of delays during November and December due to expected carrier capacity issues.


Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax applies to orders shipping within New York state.

 

The shipping cost feels high why is that?

That's because candy is heavy! The more candy you order the more it costs to ship it to you.

Most of our competitors charge you more for their candy in order to subsidize the cost of shipping. We decided to charge less for candy and be transparent with the cost of fulfilling and shipping your order.
